A mostly awesome day in Toronto. Naturally there’s a few glitches when we protest, that’s why we work from a playbook not plan. We can march to the US Consulate on University Ave in 25 minutes, but this time we were nearly an hour late. Toronto Hash Mob is big on making a grand entrance anyway. If we arrived at two-clock no one would be there to cheer when we show up. There were several reasons for our lateness. Besides being potheads. 

City politics got heated a few weeks ago when it was revealed right wing mayoral candidate Rob Ford got popped with a roach in his pocket a decade ago in Florida. This didn't hurt his election bid in the least. In fact Yongesterdam potheads began to wonder about Ford, who two years ago ushered through a busted grow-op cost recovery bylaw. After Ford's roach revelation, complete with mug shot via CBC, other candidates were quick to claim their cannabis cred.

Despite some of my best indicas (LA Confidential, M39), my pain woe has been keeping me awake. All summer! Besides surfing the net for smut and nugporn, I seek out groovy ganja gear on crafting site etsy. It’s where crafty people (and potheads) sell their affordable handmade wares.

Do you want to hit your bong boldly? Hold THC in your lungs longer? Of course you do! I know I do. Plenty of potheads ask me, "Mernahuana how do you inhale so sexily?"

I don't know what is going to exactly start happening January 17, 2011. It's exciting to finally go to trial with lawyer Paul Lewin defending me against the charge of growing marijuana for myself. This blog post is nearly four weeks in the crafting. And over two years in the living. So I'm going to hunker down with sum hash and finish bashing out weedy words.

Checked in with Goodster yesterday regarding Principle of Pot ticket sales. We're excited to report The Bloor Cinema is almost 2/3 full for this Saturday, June 12, movie premier. Toronto Hash Mob has been busy making preparations for what surely will be a fantastic memorable doobie filled day.

After a successful occupation of Conservative MP offices in the '905,' Toronto Hash Mob returned home for a final stop on their Marc Emery Awareness tour. They held a successful protest at US Consulate, Saturday, May 22.

There’s very little recoup time this year between the Yonge and Dundas 420 Smoke Out and Toronto’s Global Marijuana March.

I'm both devastated and elated about Apr. 20, 2010. By now you've read about a gang banger wielding a gun not ganja during Toronto's 420 smoke out. Sadly, it's national news. Up until that point Toronto Hash Mob 4/20 Yonge and Dundas Smoke Out was going more amazing than ever dreamed. The sea of green people is unlike Toronto has ever seen for a rally.
