Next week, Canadian political activist, publisher and businessman Marc Emery - known by many as the "Prince of Pot" -- will be extradited to the United States, where he will likely be sentenced to five years in federal prison. His crime? Selling marijuana seeds.

CANNABIS CULTURE - On Saturday, September 19, 2009, people all over the world rallied in support of ‘Prince of Pot’ Marc Emery, a marijuana activist and magazine publisher who is facing a 5-year prison sentence in the United States for selling marijuana seeds over the Internet.

If marijuana activist Marc Emery is really a criminal, he should be charged under Canadian law instead of being sent to the United States.
