After last weeks test tweet, ‘does anyone want to see my marijuana grow room live?’ had an amazing response - I’m going to do it again this week. I had to do some grow work, but didn’t want to leave the Twitter universe. Tonight (Sunday July 24) at 9:30 pm est until 10:30 pm, that’s 6:30 pst start time, I’ll be webcasting from inside my grow room. Register for Livestream to join me in the chat.

On Tuesday, July 12 I will reach a marijuana review milestone. Having pen & published 150 marijuana reviews. That includes marijuana photo galleries too. The last two reviews published, Cindy Bubbles and DJ Short’s Blueberry were donation from cannabis growers I know. From their personal head stash. Review 150 is another personal grower donation.

Kelly Kirby is a Health Canada legal marijuana marijuana patient. She was stupidly evicted by her landlord when City of St. Catharines slapped a work order on her rental residence because building inspectors learned there was medicinal marijuana grow-op.

The federal government received a small reprieve on 90 day marijuana legalization deadline until their appeal could be heard. In exchange for granting their time out, the justice gave them only six months to prepare their appeal. We’ll be back in court in November, instead of the usual 18 months it takes to have an appeal heard.

On Wednesday June 22 prosecutors will seek to delay the 90 day marijuana legalization ruling via an interoloctory hearing at Ontario Court of Appeal (130 Queen St. West) 10 a.m. The deadline stoppage would last until court of appeal has rendered its decision. This is not the appeal of R v. Mernagh, but a hearing specifically for deadline stoppage.

The very active Oshawa marijuana movement has invited cannabis constitutional challenger Matt Mernagh to speak Friday, June 10 (3 p.m. and again 7 p.m.) at Kingside Clubhouse (537 Tennyson). He’s the advocate who participated in striking down Canada’s cannabis laws.

Ganja Greetings! Plenty of potheads have asked where can they find me during Treating Yourself Expo this weekend (June 3 -5 2011) Toronto. Just finished writing a Mernagh TY Expo appearance schedule for Canadian Cannabis Learning Centre.
