A London man hoping to open Canada’s first restaurant serving cannabis-infused food is petitioning the provincial and federal governments to let the businesses operate.
Jeremy Smith, 35, began circulating the petition to the province at marijuana retail stores across Southwestern Ontario last month. Now the petition is collecting signatures in around 90 pot shops from Windsor to Kitchener-Waterloo, Smith said.
