CANNABIS CULTURE - Health Canada has awarded the first two licenses to produce medical marijuana under its new Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations to Prairie Plant Systems – the same company that produced heavy metal-contaminated, irradiated, and overall terrible cannabis under the old program.

New rules on medical marijuana will make it too expensive and too hard to purchase, Manitoba patients fear. Health Canada, meanwhile, says the rule changes will make purchasing medical marijuana safer and more efficient.
