The Mernagh Ruling is a test case of Canada's cannabis laws and was spearheaded by Mernagh, lawyer Paul Lewin and 22 witnesses from across Canada.

I’m constantly creating cannabis culture since opening an office in Pimp Pot Palace. It was a challenge to get my creative on in the kitchen, but now with a space to create I am fired up. I’ve already begun writing a follow up for Green Candy Press and have been blogging up a storm.

It has been decreed the ongoing Ford Family drama will not be spoken - at all - during Tuesday’s edition of The Mernahuana Zone on Pot TV. The new reality series being taped for Netflix is getting overplayed, especially by Tuesday, that we will not be uttering a Fordian word. The Mernahuana Zone weeekly webcast is under some doobie duress as our own DJ Goodwins won’t be available to operate the technology. We might be able to take Skype callers and operate the multiple cams. DJ Goodwins is in Ottawa as part of the Free Marc parliament hill rally and press conference. I’ll be at Vapor Central during the day pushing a phone call blitz.

After weeks of yammering every Tuesday on The Mernahuana Zone about an upcoming federal by election, it’s been announced Toronto Centre residents will go to the polls to replace MP Bob Rae Nov 25. Political wizards, including us, want you to believe this is a must watch campaign.

An article in Vancouver alt-weekly Georgia Straight B.C. Government and Fed Disagree On Conservative’s New Rules For Medicinal Marijuana really caught my attention. The article shows a tug of war between that province and the fed’s.

Today on The Mernahuana Zone I’ll be reporting on Prairie Medicinal Harvest Cup and relying on others to carry our weedy webcast. I’m exhausted both physically and mentally, but our show from Vapor Central must go on. I even have the sniffles.

Canadians dominate the western world when it comes to inhaling cannabis. Who tokes the most? We do! However, what province has the most potheads? You’d be surprised to learn Nova Scotia beats out British Columbia and Ontario as the heaviest bong hitters.

After five years of near monthly court sessions, I should be doing my last appearance this Tuesday, Sept. 17 in a Garden City courtroom for R v. Mernagh. I’ll be rushing back to Vapor Central for The Mernahuana Zone on Pot TV at 720-1020 east or 420-720 west for our weekly weedy webcast.
