Even for professional chefs, mixologists and culinary enthusiasts, playing with cannabis in the kitchen is still a relatively new frontier. That said, the holidays can be a stressful time, so what better way to calm everyone down than with an elevated beverage pairing that’s as festive as it is relaxing?

The last time we caught up with Jamie Evans, she was celebrating the launch of The Let’s Get Baked Cookbook: Redefining Cannabis Cuisine Through a Lens of Culture, Heritage, and Education. Evans is a four-time author, certified sommelier, and entrepreneur specializing in cannabis, CBD, food, recipes, wine, and the canna-culinary world. She co-authored the book with Haejin Chun, a cannabis consultant and the founder, chef, and creative force behind Big Bad Wolf SF, an infused pop-up dinner series.

Fast forward almost a year later and she’s written her fourth book which comes just in time for the holiday hosting. Titled High Times: Cannabis Cocktails: Seasonal Sips & High Teas for Every Occasion, this book highlights infused beverages influenced by the season.
