Get cooked!

There’s nothing more refreshing on a hot summer day than a cool bowl of ice-cream!
Try this easy method to make irie ice-cream without using a machine. It tastes great and it’s fun to do!


3 grams cannabis buds, or 6 grams shake, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup half-and-half cream, or chocolate milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon sugar
4 cups crushed ice
4 tablespoons salt
2 quart size Ziploc bags
1 gallon size Ziploc freezer bag
Tea towel or rubber gloves

Over medium-low heat, simmer half-and-half cream and cannabis in a saucepan for 30-45 min.

Strain the cannabis from cream and discard it. Set the cream aside until cool.

Mix the canna-cream, vanilla and sugar together into one of the quart bags.
Squeeze as much air out of the bag as possible and seal tightly.

Place this bag inside the other quart bag, again leaving as little air inside as possible. Seal the outer bag.

Put the two quart bags inside the larger gallon bag and fill with crushed ice, then sprinkle the salt on top.

Once again, with as much air out of the bag as possible, seal tightly.

Over the sink, wrap the bag in a towel (or use gloves). Shake and massage the bag, making sure the ice surrounds the cream mixture.

Shake for 10 minutes or until the mixture freezes into ice-cream.

Transfer to bowl and add chocolate chips, candy or nuts if you like.
