There will be a hearing for Yolanda at the federal court house in Midland, Texas Friday, December 18, 2009.
The prosecutor must announce whether he is going to re-try the Yolanda Madden case or not. If he decides to re-try the case, Yolanda will be released on bond until her trial. If he decides against the re-trial, Yolanda will be released for good.
Either way, she gets out of the concrete cage Friday!
