Best plants for hash

Which indoor strain will be the best one to grow to make homemade hash? (By “best” I denote a fair balance of quantity vs. quality).
My best candidates to date are: Sensi Star, White Widow and White Russian.

Ha Shish-Kabab,

Hash Plant and its descendants have a high trichome count. The glands rub off the vegetation very easily. Sometimes they will fall off when the plant is shaken vigorously. The glands are very sticky, so they press very easily.

Most pure Indicas and crosses between Indicas have desirable hash-making qualities: copious gland production and glands that are easily removed and sticky.
