British pot-activist Colin Davies gave the Queen a bouquet containing cannabis and other flowers during her visit to Manchester on October 12.
Davies said “it was a harmless way of trying to bring to the notice of Her Majesty the ludicrous restrictions on cannabis.”
The Queen unknowingly accepted the bouquet and it was placed in the Royal Limousine.
Davies is founder of a Medical Marijuana Co-operative in Stockport.
Police and Palace officials downplayed the incident.
