Glosses over health issues and sends wrong message
Pamela McColl is blunt in her assessment of a medical marijuana dispensary that opened in Saskatoon this week.
“It’s a criminal offense to sell marijuana from a storefront in this country,” she said in an interview.
“He’ll be charged with trafficking of narcotics. He’s been told that by the police already, he should not be doing that.”
