Alaska Reporter Quits On Live TV While Revealing Herself As Legal Medical Marijuana Supporter

During KTVA-TV’s Sunday night program, Charlo Greene did an in-studio report on the Alaska Cannabis Club, which according to Alaska Dispatch News, “connects medical marijuana cardholders with other cardholders who are growing cannabis.” In short, the cannabis club is trying to increase access to pot for patients who need it.

Unbeknownst to her co-workers and the viewers that night prior to the broadcast, Greene surprisingly revealed herself as the owner of the Alaska Cannabis Club and quit her reporting job on the air with an exclamation point.

Greene then walked casually off-screen as an anchor apologized for the language used and tried to resume the program with some difficulty.
