Kirk and Stackelberg tackle multimedia

Ken Kirk and Amy von Stackelberg, medical marijuana users, will continue their second constitutional challenge of Canada’s marijuana laws March 27 to April 4 of 2000. The challenge is the result of charges resulting from an unnecessarily violent police raid on their Edmonton home on January 20, 1998 (see CC#14, Forgery of justice).
In the meantime, the couple are producing a radio show for CJSR in Edmonton, and are working on pot-legalization video documentaries.
