Police responded to 911 call about a domestic dispute. They saw Clayton Vickers on the front lawn, yelling into a cell phone. There was no sign of a domestic dispute. Officers went in to clear the house. One found a 75-plant marijuana grow operation. Vickers was arrested and charged with production and possession for the purpose of trafficking. He challenged the search warrant. The Court agreed that the ITO for the warrant had been misleading, and there had been unreasonable searches. The end does not justify the means. The evidence was excluded.
