1) all records relating to an increase in the rate of cannabis use due to
decriminalization (reference file A95-00139).

2) all records relating to the international implications of the
decriminalization of marijuana (reference file A95-00142).

3) all records relating to public surveys of Canadians opinions on marijuana
decriminalization (reference file 95-A-529).
