A pediatric epilepsy drug containing cannabis that has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration is now permitted on flights, according to the Transportation Security Administration.
The official website said flying with medical marijuana was no problem – before changing its mind after 24 hours. Legally and practically, the picture is confused.
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) may allow passengers to bring both medical and recreational marijuana on board flights depending on where they are flying and what the law allows in the departing and arriving states.
