Cannabis campaigner Colin Davies is planning to open a premises in Manchester selling medicinal marijuana.
Davies has teamed up with Nol van Schaik a businessman in Holland to sell oil containing cannabidiol (CBD).
CBD is legal in the UK and it doesn’t contain another extract of the cannabis plant called tetrahydrocannabidol which causes the ‘high’ in large doses.
The 57-year-old activist said: ‘It’s legal, it’s good stuff and it works.
