Marc Emery Returns Home to Victory Celebration in Vancouver Tomorrow

CANNABIS CULTURE – Marijuana activist Marc Emery, released from U.S. prison this week after serving a five-year sentence for selling marijuana seeds, will return home to the city of Vancouver on August 17, 2014.

Friends and followers of the Prince of Pot will celebrate his return at 1PM at Victory Square Park (at the corner of Cambie St. and Hastings St.) in downtown Vancouver, where Emery will give a speech to the public then meet and talk with supporters.

Emery’s fans are invited to meet in the park starting at Noon so there will be a crowd waiting when he arrives at 1PM.

Marc Emery has done more for the marijuana movement than any single human being on the planet. Not only did he give away millions of dollars of his own money to fight for marijuana legalization around the world, but he also sacrificed five years of his life behind bars so other marijuana users wouldn’t have to go to jail – for that we owe him a huge debt of gratitude.

Since his release at the U.S./Canada border crossing in Windsor, Ontario on Tuesday, the Emery’s have been mobbed by media nearly non-stop.

If you can’t make it down to see Marc in person on Sunday, watch the LIVE broadcast of the fun on on Pot TV:
