Officers from Los Angeles’ corrupt Rampart Division anti-drug squad continue to be convicted on charges of theft, violence and perjury. Former LAPD officer Ruben Palomares has already plead guilty to drug trafficking, but according to the Los Angeles Times he is also suspected of stealing drugs, money and valuables in a series of home-invasion robberies committed with friends, relatives and other officers, often while in uniform.
