Licensed to grow, manufacture and sell
This list shows the number of new licenses issued per county, by year. State license issuance began in 2018, but data isn’t available for that initial year because temporary licenses were issued. This data begins in 2019, when 12-month annual and provisional licenses began to be issued through the online licensing system. Licenses are valid for 12 months and can be renewed annually. The data below reflects new licenses the state issued each calendar year. It does not reflect total license renewals, or the total inventory of active state licenses.
Licenses remain active for 12 months, at which point they can be renewed for an additional 12 months. This list displays counts of when the license was first issued but not each time it was renewed.
