South African Protest
From 7am to midday on the 7th of July, a huge protest march is planned totake place in Grahamstown, South Africa. This will be during the famousGrahamstown National festival of the Arts.
South Africa has just adopted a new legal constitution which overrides anyexisting legaslation. This constitution is very liberal and although itdoesn’t mention cannabis, there is plenty of room to argue fordecriminalization.
