CALIFORNIA APPEALS COURT RULES AGAINST GROWER FOR SAME ACTIONS DISMISSED IN MONTREAL LAST WEEK
The Associated Press reports that a California state appeals court upheld a lower court ruling Thursday that Proposition 215 does not grant a medical marijuana grower immunity from prosecution. In contrast, a Montreal Court ruled last week that medical marijuana has to come from somewhere and if the government won’t provide it then it can’t prosecute those who do provide it.
