Shake ‘n’ Baked: Hemp Granola

CiCi the tap dancing chef shows us how to make a tasty hemp granola!


1/4 cup of oil
1 heaping tbsp. honey
1 heaping tbsp. molasses

* Mix these ingredience together in a seperate bowl

1/4 cup ea. almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds (or any nuts/seeds)
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup wheat germ
dash cinnimon
1/2 cup ground and browned cannabis (optional)

* Mix these together, and then roast them on the stove top for a few
minutes, with no oil.

Combine the 2 mixtures together, and put them onto a cookie sheet. Bake at
325 degrees for 10 – 20 minutes. Careful not to burn!

When cooled, add dried fruit if desired.

1/4 ea. raisins and/or dried cranberries (optional)
