From 7am to midday on the 7th of July, a huge protest march is planned to take place in Grahamstown, South Africa. This will be during the famous Grahamstown National festival of the Arts.
South Africa has just adopted a new legal constitution which overrides any existing legaslation. This constitution is very liberal and although it doesn't mention cannabis, there is plenty of room to argue for decriminalization.
