My plants are about 3 feet tall and have immaculate looking buds on them, but I have been unable to get large and dense buds even though all the hairs and stigmas are completely red when harvested. My 4?x8? system is lit by two 1000w HPS lamps on tracks. The room stays in the mid-70?s.

I have a blunt message for the Drug Enforcement Administration: I grow marijuana for profit in the United States, you can't stop me, and you are ignorant fools.
I want to make sure I explain my message to the DEA clearly and in detail. One reason is that the DEA people appear to be intellectually deficient, so I have to design my message so that it could be understood even by a child.

Growing and pee tests

I am in the unenviable situation of growing some very fine, stinky, sticky herb, but am unable to enjoy the fruits of my labor because I am job hunting and may be required to take a pee test.
Often, after working with the plants, I sit down and inhale the wonderful aroma of the oils smeared on my fingers.

Will regular handling during daily care of the plants cause a positive on the pee test?

Refusing a search

I was reading the question you answered about the lady getting pulled over and asked to be searched. The cop threatened to call a K-9 unit if she didn't give him whatever she had in the car. I realize he needs to ask you if he can search your car, but it seems too easy to let you go even though you most likely have pot in the car. What happens if the cop does call the K-9 unit?

A friend of mine is planning on starting a garden in his basement. He wants to order seeds from a company in Quebec but he doesn't want them sent to his address. He asked me if he could send them to my place as a sort of safehouse. I told him I'd think about it. Is there any danger in it for me? I'd like to help out my friend, but I'm sure not willing to get arrested for it. How safe are these transactions?

Is there any way to make marijuana capsules? I work and I don't want to reek. I don't like to cook and would rather take a cap. Do you have any recipes or ideas? One reason I'd like to consume marijuana is that I experience a deeper high that way. Another reason is that it would be kinder to my lungs.

Reducing outside odor

Recently I bought some high-grade toke that was supposedly from Jamaica. I found 18 seeds in the stash. They were still intact (no cracks) and seem to be viable. I would like to plant them outside. I live in a residential area and have a pretty big yard. I'm not worried about people seeing the plants, but I am about them smelling my crop. Is this a real concern? If so, is there anything I can do to reduce it?

On June 11, 2001 the Supreme Court ruled U.S. v Kyllo in a five to four decision that people have an expectation of privacy in their homes. Using high technology to detect heat coming from the premises is an invasion of that privacy and cannot be used to obtain a search warrant.

My first question is about my vaporizer. It is set up for 110 V (US) and I live in a country with 220 V. The thing is that I plugged it in without a transformer. The inner coil got bright red and a part melted. I took it apart and would like to know how to fix it. How can I make sure that it heats up to the right temperature without burning the THC?

I think it's a good idea for growers and smokers to review their security measures during flowering. My wife, who exercises by walking early in the morning, brought this to my attention. Over the past two weeks she has smelled wonderful odors coming from a neighbor's house.

The other day my friend and I were riding in his car. He had toked in it earlier so it smelled of smoke.
A cop car was sitting on my friend's street. The cop pulled us over for running a stop sign. He never said anything about smelling anything. He walked back to his car and wrote a careless driving ticket. Then he told my friend about how to go about paying it.

I am from Brazil and smoke pot daily, but the laws here are very hard on the users and dealers alike. When I started smoking all we got was fresh maconha from the northeast of Brazil, but the police officers had strangled the growers 10 years ago to encourage coca trading. That is more profitable for the corrupt cops here.

My answer today is very different than it would have been a year or two ago. There are nine states which allow cultivation of marijuana for medical purposes. They are Arizona, New Mexico, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
