Poorly written, incorrect information, and biased.

A lot of decriminalization support comes from the Church, especially the Franciscans, and I'm not just speaking of the lay community. You can cite Papal authorities commenting any which way over the years. This is a common misunderstanding of non-Catholics: the concept of 'infallibility' which I will not go into, but we would never say a pope is without error. That is a heresy.

So how about you look into the facts, for example mention the Archbishops in Jamaica and African countries saying herb is fine for spiritual practice as well as a myriad of clergy agreeing. Or how the NAC dwells in harmony alongside Catholics and in fact incorporate the rosary into their peyote ceremony.

And don't take my word from it, my point is that this article is something I thought I'd see on a late night Evangelical talk show 'The Catholic Church is the whore of Babylon!!' and all that tactless bigotry. Dig up the facts and form your own views. How can the global cannabis movement gain any ground with dodgy half-truth journalism attacking the largest Christian denomination on ignorant pretenses? One people, one struggle....let's stay united regardless of religion, skin color, orientation or otherwise. Peace.
