I can honestly say that every order I've sent for, has been eventually received. The problems have only popped up in the last few months.

Their service has never sucked so much. I've received orders where they didn't bother to vacuum seal. If you don't explicitly list which strain you want, they'll send you the shittiest buds ever. For my last order it took almost a month before I received my last order, and only after multiple emails. Sending by xpress with tracking doesn't help either. They still take their f**king time.

It's like they're under a new crappy management. They updated their website, jacked up their prices and lowered their service quality.

They've lost another long time customer.
