Mike Ethier poses in front of his store.Reverend "Tarzan" Ethier of the Church of the Universe was in Ontario Appeals Court on June 25, seeking relief from three separate sets of marijuana charges (CC#31, Busted up dates). The three-judge panel hearing the case turned down all of Brother Ethier's appeals after two minutes of deliberation, and threw him in jail for nine months.
Tarzan is trying to raise money to bring his case to the Supreme Court of Canada. For donations of $50 or more, Ethier promises to send "seven grams of sacred herb from the Fall harvest."Mike Ethier poses in front of his store.
