This was never changed,they just added more laws to it,that take away our more of our freedom of choice.It stipulates the fact that state laws can not override Federal law.If the DEA feels,under their discretion,that a Federal law is being broke on federal grounds,they can arrest and prosecute no matter what the state law is.It is a great example of our government and what they stand for and it's not we the people.Ed keep fighting for what is right.I know I will until they get it right.Legalize cannabis and the world will fall apart,the sick will get well,and the politician go to hell.Sounds like a solution to world mess,don't ya think?
