This Bill C-15 is just another black cloud hovering over the cannabis culture. We as a community need to come together and stop the passing of this Bill. I think its about silly that they are going to give a person 6+ for growing one or more plants.. all this can cause is more money out of us the tax payers pockets to put us the pot smokers/growers in jail. dose that not sound a bit off to you aswell? This cant go threw. Because if it dose.. its all downhill from there.
