Why is anyone even bothing to approach an "enforcement only" agency on this topic? AFAIK, they have no ability to change cannabis from a Schedule 1 and further, are required to do their utmost to see that "nothing changes" in that regard.
What should be done, is to point this out to all, like this article clearly does, and keep doing it until people get what these folks are all about: Enforcement with inpunity and without thought. Just like police.
We need to draw the line where "they" are on the other side, and focus on pestering the people who can make the change.
Well, that and also keep showing how the DEA, drug war, and ONDCP are all detriments to our free society. That's good too.
