Under President Obama, US policy is to defer to state laws on medical marijuana, that policy should be made retroactive to those arrested for it under the previous administrations. When the DEA raided medical marijuana dispensaries in San Francisco, just blocks away were crackheads smoking their crack in in public right in the middle of downtown. I guess it is easier for the DEA'S jackbooted thugs to arrest old hippies and cancer patients than to hassle with the crackheads. I hate the DEA, I hope someday and even more liberal President than Obama comes along and closes down that band of wannabe Wyatt Earps.
