Storing cuttings

What's the best way to store cuttings for later planting?

I was wondering if there was any way that I would be able to take cuttings from a mother plant and store them for later use? If so, how would I store them in order to keep them from rooting or wilting, and would there be a limit on the amount of time I could store them like this?

Cuttings can be stored by keeping them cool and in the dark. They can be stored in the vegetable bin of a refrigerator for up to two weeks with no problem, although the success rate drops and rooting is delayed by a few days when cuttings are not immediately used. The cuttings should be stored unpruned in a plastic bag after being sprayed with a 0.5% hydrogen peroxide solution, which helps to prevent infection.

When you are ready to start rooting them, take them out of the refrigerator, rinse them in room temperature water, trim them and stick them in your favorite rooting medium using your usual technique.
