Check or Money Order
If you don't have a credit card, use our order
form to select your subscription type. We'll provide you with an order
form you can print out or copy.
Send us the order form and a check or money
order for the total amount, along with your name, mailing address and phone number or
email address, to:

Checks will take up to 21 days to clear, and we will hold your order
until the check has been processed. Money orders are processed
immediately.
