Wayne Robillard says he’s in it for the long haul, even though police have visited BuzzOn several times in recent days.
“Clearly if we were breaking the law they would shut us down,” Robillard said Monday outside City Hall, where a small group of people gathered to support the Vanier weed lounge.
There were familiar marijuana advocates in the group: Clayton Goodwin of Veterans for the Use of Medical Marijuana; cannabis “consultant” David-George Oldham; and Russell Barth and his wife Christine Lowe.
Just a few steps away, emergency response vehicles were assembling at the front entrance to promote emergency preparedness week.
