CANNABIS CULTURE – Vancouver’s own Prince of Pot Marc Emery will visit the University of British Columbia this Tuesday for a discussion about his career as an activist and the future of marijuana.
A Conversation About the Future of Pot with Marc Emery will be held at the Fredrick Wood Theatre at UBC on January 27 from 7PM to 9PM (See the map).
Marc will be interviewed by radio host Sam Fenn of The Terry Project on CiTR.
Topics are expected to include Marc’s recent incarceration in a U.S. prison for selling marijuana seeds, his long history as a political activist, the state of Canada’s prohibitory drug laws, and the future of legalization.
