CANNABIS CULTURE – It’s that time of year again; time to bring in the harvest and prepare for the short days and long cold nights of winter. That includes the marijuana harvest and this weekend, October 4 – 6, at the 3rd-Annual Prairie Medicinal Harvest Cup in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan where the Pot TV crew is taking over!
Cannabis Culture editor Jeremiah Vandermeer, Matt Mernagh of The Mernahuana Zone, and I will be hosting this years event.
Jeremiah will be doing his show, CCN News LIVE from the event on Friday and, as well, there will be speakers, panels and the scheduled entertainment to be announced as soon as we know the line up.
I was at last year’s cup and like many of the cannabis events I have attended, they all just get better with each year. It’s either that, or they don’t seem to survive.
This year’s Cup is looking to be no exception to the rule with returning cannabis activist and author Lisa “Mamakind” Kirkman and NORML Woman’s Alliance of Canada’s Tamara Poultis – to name just a few speakers, plus we’ll have “Stump the Pot TV Crew” “Outdoor grow and Stealth Tech Q & A” plus other interesting discussion groups.
Tune in to Pot TV if you can’t be there, but take it from me: you do want to be at this event.
Last year I was lucky to have smoked some great samples – many that I had only heard of but had never tried – and this year looks even better.
Watch Pot TV for brighter, deeper, richer, full-blown bong hit smoky higher definition coverage.
