CANNABIS CULTURE – Watch Cannabis Culture News LIVE for the latest news and views on pot politics and the marijuana community. In this episode: A Canadian judge has ruled part of Canada’s medical marijuana laws unconstitutional – hash and edibles made from pot are now legal for those with an MMAR card.

This morning, B.C. Supreme Court Justice Robert Johnston “concluded that the restriction to dried marijuana in the Marijuana Medical Access Regulations is unconstitutional as it breaches Section 7 of the Charter of Rights.” Read more about the case (including the judge’s full decision) at this link.

Lawyer Kirk Tousaw and cannabis baker Owen Smith will (hopefully) join CCN host Jeremiah Vandermeer with the latest news on the judge’s decision (if they are out of court in time).

Also on the show: Lisa “Mamakind” Kirkman will join the program to discuss her new book Sex Pot: The Marijuana Lover’s Guide to Gettin’ It On, and her upcoming 4/20 book-reading at Cannabis Culture Headquarters in Vancouver.

Info-pirate and editor of Potshot magazine, David Malmo-Levine, will join the show to talk about his new CC blog on copyright infringement and activism.
