Jodie was invited by Washington State Rep. Mary Lou Dickerson to speak at the State Legislature in suport of a new bill, HB 1550, that would legalize cannabis and make it available for retail purchase in state-run liquor stores.

She also met John McKay, the US government attorney who prosecuted Marc and has now changed his mind. McKay also spoke in favor of the bill.

People are passed name calling, and everyone has their right to their own opinion. But clearly you should keep your outrageous comments to yourself. And no gossip!

    well said.

You and your husband are true stoners. And I don’t mean to imply you smoke a lot of pot by saying that( you are true stoners), but rather you follow the “code” so to speak. When I read how you convinced the very same attorney( who convicted Marc), to open his eyes instead of harboring ill will against him, I was like WoW!!
I am not familar with your or Marc’s heros……but Ghandi, Jesus, John Wayne, and the like would be proud. At least to my way of thinking. So, thanks…..for inspiring me to reach a new level of stoner kindness.
