Los Angeles: Judge Denies Bid to Stop Pot Ordinance

Patients and operators of medical marijuana dispensaries in Los Angeles lost a last-minute bid to block a city ordinance that will regulate the facilities and force hundreds of them to close.

    I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again:

    Am I the only one who feels that the current “sensitive areas” policy is unconstitutional by including CHURCHES?

    If anyone can clarify why I am incorrect, please let me know, but my understanding of the law is that this policy can only be constitutional if it only refers to schools & parks, but by including churches, it is a form of respecting established religion which the US bill of rights prevents.

    How come no one else seems to have mentioned this..? Am I way off, or what?
