The coroner’s service is investigating the suicide of a 15-year-old hockey player — apparently after he was told he was being suspended by his team for possessing marijuana.

LIGHTS GO ON FOR MEDICAL MARIJUANA GROWER
Brian Carlisle got his grow-lights returned yesterday, but not the marijuana plants seized earlier this year by Hope RCMP officers.

MEDICINAL-POT ADVOCATE LIGHTS UP
American medicinal-pot advocate Steve Kubby and his wife Michele were told by a judge that they’ll be getting their grow-op back and medical marijuana after marijuana charges against them were stayed.
