Plants too big

The timer in my garden messed up and the plants were getting interrupted dark cycle for three weeks when I thought they were getting a 12 hour dark cycle needed for flowering. They are growing in 6 inch containers and are five feet tall. What should I do?

Immediately place the plants into flowering. Remove all branches and leaves from all but the top 10-12 inches of the stems. Stake each plant so that it stays upright and the buds stay straight up, not interfering with their neighbors. Make sure the plants get enough water and fertilizer. They will flower as normal.
