Regeneration

I have four females all of which are about three weeks away from harvest. I have no mother since this is the first harvest, I was wondering if it is possible to regenerate and use the new growth for clones? And if possible, how long would a process like this take.

Yes. It is fairly easy to regenerate the plants and then use the new growth for cloning. Regeneration takes about 3-4 weeks.

When the buds are ready, harvest the plants but leave some leaves and small buds on the plant. Change the lighting regimen from 12-12 to continuous light. Within a few weeks, growth changes from flowering to vegetative. The new branches which develop can be used for cloning.
