Welcome back to our perpetual page of perplexing pot-puzzles. This issue we’ve got something different than our usual cannabis crossword, a change of pace to help get us all out of the grid and into the flow.
Indeed, there’s two puzzles with two sets of prizes this issue, to celebrate the resurgence of Spring and the six long years since we published the first issue of CC in April 1995.
But first let’s announce the winners from our issue 28 Cannabis Crossword. The solution was PLANT SEEDS, and the solved crossword grid is presented below. Our top prize goes to Derek in Saskatchewan, with our two runners-up being Emily & Christina in Oregon, and Ron in Winnipeg. They will all be enjoying their various excellent prizes by the time you read this.
Solve the puzzles below and write the solutions on a piece of paper with your address and email or phone number, and send it to:
CC Puzzles, Box 15, 199 W Hastings, Vancouver, BC Canada V6B 1H4
We also accept entries by fax to (604) 669-9038, and by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Only one entry per household please.
We’ll do a random draw from all correct solutions received before May 14, 2001. The two top winners will receive a fat sack of buds or a tube of fine genetics from Marc Emery Seeds, your pick. Two runner-ups for each puzzle will receive a copy of our special Pot Puzzle Fun Book and other pot-culture goodies.

For this puzzle we have made a sentence with anagrams of various pot-culture terms, mixed in with other words which form a secret sentence. Once you find and cross out the anagrams, you’ll be left with the Magic Winning Sentence.

Hidden terms: Cannabis Culture, Pot smoker, Rolling paper, Sneaky toker, Tetrahydrocannabinol, Trichome.
We got bran, we zip or rave, love thin gob cannabis.
