A new study has found that synthetic THC is beneficial for reducing nausea in AIDS patients.
23 of 27 patients who consumed capsules of synthetic THC in sesame oil experienced a significant reduction in vomiting.

The study was performed by Anderson Clinical Research in Pittsburgh, and was presented at the Fifth Congress on Drug Therapy in HIV Infection in Glasgow, Scotland.
