Smoke Signals

Cannabis Intoxication Warp Factor 10

German traffic cops are testing a new way to measure just how stoned you really are. Their new blood test is supposed to show exactly how much THC is in the system, and anyone with a
Cannabis Intoxication Factor of 10 or over is presumably as unfit to drive as someone with a blood-alcohol level of 0.11. Of course we all know that smoking pot actually makes you a better and
more cautious driver, but the prospect of a random roadside blood
test
should be enough to keep anyone with even a hint of oregano on them off the autobahn.
