Add your 99% isopropyl until the shake is just covered. Now depending on how long you leave the iso on the shake will have a lot to do with the quality of the finished product. The longer you leave the iso on, the more tars and chlorophyll will leach out. Resulting in a harsher smoke and a greenish color to the oil. I leave it in there for no longer than a minute.
