Cannabis Intoxication Factor of 10 or over is presumably as unfit to drive as someone with a blood-alcohol level of 0.11. Of course we all know that smoking pot actually makes you a better and
more cautious driver, but the prospect of a random roadside blood
test should be enough to keep anyone with even a hint of oregano on them off the autobahn.
