Cheating in Chile

In Chile on August 13, every single employee of the lower house of the Chilean Congress agreed to take a urine drug test as "a gesture of loyalty" because three of their colleagues were found selling cocaine inside the legislature building.

The Speaker of the House also asked the 120 elected Congressmen to take the test, but the vast majority refused. Could it be that they all use cocaine? Naw, they were probably just showing their support for the ruling in Ontario.
